Hi John;

I sent the results out to all RVS,GGC and MSC members at the end of October. I will send them again to you personally. I have not yet found a way of posting the complete results here in a reasonably legible format but will do so when I have figured this out.

Using Code format might be a solution. Code format display information using a fixed pitch font (usually Courier). Spaces must be used, not tabs.

The easiest way is to use a text editor first, typing with Courier font, then copy and paste the text.
